The internet supported mail order business with Orphan Drugs, which would be from logistical point of view advantageous for the provision of small patient groups, is presently because of  legal reasons not yet possible in Austria.  Hence, we currently are not able to establish alternative patient friendly distribution models with physicians, druggists and costs carriers.
